Grassroots Football Coach
Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey | Part-Time Opportunity

Are you passionate about football and inspiring the next generation of players? Our thriving local football club in Surrey is looking for a Grassroots Football Coach to join our team and deliver engaging, fun, and developmental sessions for players aged 7 to 12 years .

About Us

As a community football club we are committed to providing a safe, fun and engaging football experience for boys and girls aged 4 and upwards in Walton, Hersham and the surrounding areas.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment.
• Support players in developing their footballing abilities in a safe and positive environment.
• Encourage sportsmanship, respect, and fair play both on and off the pitch.
• Communicate effectively with parents and club staff to ensure the best experience for all players.
• Assist with matchday coaching and team management, as required.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for coaching and working with children.
• FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football) or higher coaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards it).
• Experience in coaching or working with children aged 7-12 (desirable but not essential).
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and a great communicator.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

• Tuesday, 7:30pm - 9pm
