Are you a creative and detail-oriented technician with a passion for landscape design and visual storytelling? We have a vacancy for aGraphics Technicianto join a dynamic team and support the delivery of high-quality visual materials across a range of exciting projects.

About the Role

As a Graphics Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing visual content that supports landscape planning and design. You’ll work closely with consultants and clients to produce plans, illustrations, and documentation that bring our projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare baseline plans using OS maps, aerial imagery, and site-specific data (e.g., PROW, road names, contours, conservation areas).
  • Create detailed landscape masterplans, strategy plans, planting plans, and hard landscape details.
  • Produce supporting graphics such as cross sections, sketches, and photographic records with annotations.
  • Compile and format documents for submissions including LVAs, LVIAs, DAS, ES chapters, and Proofs of Evidence.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and consultants via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage your own project deadlines and contribute to team efforts to meet timescales.

This is a relatively junior, support-focused position rather than a design led role. As such, extensive experience is not essential as willing to train the right individual. It would be beneficial to have experience in InDesign, Photoshop and CAD but not essential.

Potentially the role could suit someone with an interest in graphics who is looking to start their first role and build their career in this sector.
