Here at Human Appeal UK, we have an exciting opportunity for 2 Graphic Designers to join our team based at our Cheadle Office. The role requires you to be in the office for full time. This role is open for both full-time and part-time applicants on an initial 1-year contract. In return, you will receive a salary ranging from £28,050 to £35,000, depending on experience.

Human Appeal is a faith-based charity dedicated to abolishing poverty through humanitarian aid, sustainable development, and advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Communications team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, visually captivating designs, producing innovative campaign materials across print, digital, outdoor, and press platforms. Your work will help elevate our brand, attract new audiences, retain donors, and contribute to increased donations and the success of our mission.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Create campaign ideas and ensure all work meets deadlines and adheres to the company's visual identity and strategy
• Produce creative and innovative campaign materials across print and digital media, such as direct mail, posters, outdoor content/banners
• Manage design projects from concept to completion within deadlines
• Produce engaging content to increase donor response and year-on-year donations

What we’re looking for in a Graphic Designer:

• Education: Degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent creative experience
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar creative role, preferably as a Graphic Designer
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office are a plus
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
