We’re seeking a versatile Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our Global Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in video production, graphic design, and presentation development. You’ll play a key role in shaping our visual communications, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Content Creation
- Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing
- Design static and animated graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and social media
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
- Manage relationships with external creative vendors and freelancers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals
Digital Marketing & Web Support
- Perform routine website updates and maintain digital resource libraries
- Contribute to web page designs and upgrades with UX insights and best practices
- Create assets for email campaigns, social media, online events, etc.
Project & Administrative Support
- Help manage timelines, assets, and milestones using project management tools
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and libraries
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of creative projects
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign) and Canva
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills with a strong sense of storytelling and detail orientation
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Hubspot) and basic HTML
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual communication
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in a creative, digital, or multimedia design role
- Marketing background preferred, degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in video production and graphic design
- Experience with website content management and light HTML
- Strong portfolio required for consideration
- Ability to work in-office and occasionally support urgent production needs on site
