Our client is a market-leading company in a niche sector who have been established for over 60 years. They specialise in the supply, manufacture, design, installation, and service of engineering equipment. A new opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Design / Marketing Lead to lead a small, fast-paced marketing team by leading various campaigns and managing events. You must have a driving licence to apply for this role due to the location of the company.

Job Description for the Graphic Designer / Marketing Lead:

  • To develop marketing strategies around B2B marketing and performance analysis
  • Lead various marketing campaigns across different channels, ensuring brand consistency
  • Lead and attend exhibitions and events
  • Manage the small Marketing team and oversee the marketing budgets
  • Create online and offline content
  • Design engaging and visual content for marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator
  • Incorporate feedback to support redefining strategies
Requirements for the Graphic Designer / Marketing Lead role:
  • Experience within a similar B2B Marketing role is essential
  • Must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Magento 2
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools
  • Understanding of marketing strategies
  • Ability to lead a marketing team
  • A driving licence is essential
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: GBP25,000 to GBP29,000 Per Annum

Benefits:
  • 30 holidays, including BH, rising to 33 after 1 year of service at the beginning of the next calendar year
  • Auto-enrolment pension with initial 5% employee contribution; after 3 years service, the company will fund employee contribution
