Based in the heart of Manchester (Deansgate), we offer a hybrid working setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote), giving you the best of both worlds – a vibrant creative space with built-in flexibility.

This is a graphic design-focused role ideal for a junior-mid-level designer with experience creating digital assets for marketing, social media, and websites. You’ll work alongside our UX/UI and brand teams, supporting the creation of visually engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-impact digital assets for social media, paid ads, web pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Develop engaging graphics for B2C and B2B brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across fintech and telecoms projects.
• Support data-driven marketing efforts, designing visuals that align with audience segmentation strategies.
• Work on branding projects, refining our unique visual style to keep us ahead of the competition.
• Occasionally assist with print materials such as brochures, leaflets, business cards, and physical branding for office or event spaces.

What We’re Looking For

• One to three years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing design, or branding (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-converting digital design work, including social media assets, ideally with experience in fintech or a similarly fast-paced industry.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
