Graphic Designer
25,000 + Bonus
37.5 hours per week

A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Graphic Designer to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.15am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:15am - 3:45pm (37.5 hours). Paying 25,000 per annum depending on experience. Hybrid working will be considered for this role.

You'll support the creation of compelling visual content across print, digital, video, and web platforms.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support the design team by creating and updating print, digital, and presentation assets using existing templates and guidelines.
  • Ensure all work meets brand and technical standards.
  • Work across multiple styles including signage, adverts, point of sale, social and web graphics, internal comms and documentation
  • Format, source assets, and visually enhance slide decks in PowerPoint.
  • Assist with updating our company websites
  • Maintain and organise design files, templates, and digital asset libraries.
  • Conduct visual QA checks to ensure layout, typography, and branding consistency across all deliverables.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and marketers
  • Provide admin support to the wider team

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Graphic Designer position:

  • A passion for graphic design with 1-2 years' experience or studied this at College/University
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficient within the Microsoft packages
  • Experience in website or interface design desirable but not essential
  • High attention to detail essential
  • Excellent communication skills
