At Asahi, we’re assembling a best-in-class in-house agency to elevate some of the most iconic beer brands in the world—Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, Pilsner Urquell, Kozel, Grolsch, Lech, and Tyskie—across multiple markets. And we need a Digital Executive to help drive our digital presence, ensuring our campaigns and platforms perform at their best.

Functional Overview

To deliver better, more creative, and cost-effective campaigns, we are building and growing an innovative in-house agency team to support the Global and Local market Asahi brands. We have ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond, aiming to significantly expand the agency over the next 3-5 years.

As part of this model, we need a proactive and dynamic Studio Manager who can manage the organization of the creative team and all agency resources across each market. You will ensure projects are delivered and executed across all relevant media, digital, and social channels—delivered to the highest quality standards and within agreed timeframes and budgets.

This is your chance to come in early, build a team around you, and have a real influence on how we operate. Working closely with the Creative Director and Head of Operations, you will maximize opportunities and deliver exceptional work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Produce strong creative, that sits within our brand guidelines but that excites consumers and gives us an edge against our competitors
  • Quality control: Responsible for overseeing the design and quality control of your work, from development through to production.
  • Project management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Drive the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring the highest quality at every stage. Including digital, social, production and on and off-trade.
  • Software Proficiency: Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar software to create and edit visual materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate globally.
  • Self-sufficiency: You’ll have a high level of self-sufficiency, having the ability to ask the relevant people the right questions to get the information needed to handle projects autonomously when needed.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, industry developments, and new technologies to ensure designs are modern and competitive.
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous innovation, encouraging experimentation with new ideas, technologies, and platforms.

What You Bring To The Table

  • University degree in design and 3 to 4 years experience working in an in-house or agency environment
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and tools like HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
  • Proven track record of delivering award-winning campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working with global lifestyle or premium brands
  • Strong digital and social media proficiency
