About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to educate patients and healthcare professionals about treatments and innovations. You will work with a team of creative thinkers, strategists, animators, writers, and healthcare professionals, contributing to projects that make a real difference. This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to use their creative skills for impactful healthcare communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and design visual content across print, digital, and social media, ensuring accessibility and localisation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver designs aligned with strategic objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring accuracy throughout production.
  • Develop patient education content, clinical trial support resources, and brand campaigns for healthcare organizations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high design standards, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Contribute creatively in brainstorming and pitch meetings, demonstrating problem-solving skills and technical proficiency, including photo retouching and print production.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and print readiness while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • A degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably within healthcare or education sectors.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in video editing, animation, or web design is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design work, including campaigns, infographics, and digital assets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting ideas and responding to feedback.
