Join Holland & Barrett's dynamic Product Design team as a Graphic Designer on a 12 months fixed term contract at H&B&Me. You'll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our digital health and wellness products, crafting impactful assets that engage, inspire, and inform. From UI illustrations and marketing creatives to infographics and animations, your designs will elevate user experiences and bring our brand to life across channels.

The Role

You'll be part of an innovative, fast-paced team building personalised digital experiences for a leading health and wellness brand. It's a great opportunity to grow your skills, contribute creatively, and work across multiple platforms and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Marketers to produce digital and marketing design assets.
  • Create high-quality illustrations, icons, banners, infographics, and motion graphics.
  • Support UI refinement and maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Work within our Design System to help build scalable and reusable components.
  • Prepare engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Organise and manage asset libraries to ensure ease of access across teams.
  • Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
Location:

This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Person

Key Requirements:

  • A strong digital portfolio demonstrating your graphic and UI design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a solid grasp of typography and colour theory.
  • Ability to create visually compelling and brand-aligned assets.
  • Experience in motion design or Agile environments is a plus.
