We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing content studio. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content, including both static and animated graphics for social media, long-form content, websites, and advertising creatives. We’re seeking a highly creative individual with a strong understanding of design principles and animation techniques, who can deliver projects on time and in line with client expectations.

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in elevating the studio’s creative output across a variety of formats, helping to enhance our capabilities and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create static graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising.
  • Contribute to brand development, including designing new logos and brand identities from scratch.
  • Support video production by producing storyboards & moodboards.
  • Support the production of animated graphics and videos for social media, long-form content, and ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and animation techniques.
  • Communicate regularly with the team and clients, providing updates on project progress.
  • Support the Creative Studio in the development and execution of innovative content strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive environment within the team, promoting creativity and excellence in all outputs.

Skills and Behaviours

Must Haves:

  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing static and animated work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience creating graphics for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with 3D modeling and animation.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Experience with video editing and production.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to drive creative process improvements.
