• Lead creative projects from concept through to delivery;
• Shape and maintain effective print and digital templates that enhance consistency and efficiency across the Practice;
• Develop branding, visual identities and graphic concepts for diverse projects;
• Mentor and support junior designers while helping shape best practice;
• Create impactful design solutions across digital, print and presentation platforms.

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation design;
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing projects;
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance competing priorities;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels;
• Passion for design, architecture and creating visually compelling work;
• Degree, master's, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design.
