Job Description:

The role involves completing projects from initial concept to final execution, with a focus on creativity and insight. Responsibilities include:

• Design Expertise: Contributing to fashion, character art, layout, and product development, emphasizing line planning. (60%)
• Brand Collaboration: Working with internal and external teams to maintain brand standards and provide vision across MGA properties. (30%)
• Art Style & Trend Boards: Establishing art styles, creating retail pitches, trend/mood boards, and sharing retail comparisons quarterly. (10%)

Position Requirements:

Education/Experience: Degree in Graphics/Design/Art or equivalent training; minimum 5 years related experience preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of structure, perspective, human form, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint; Excel is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and active listening.
• Strong visualization and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
