Job Description:

This role involves completing projects from initial concept to final delivery with insight and vision. The key responsibilities include:

• Providing design expertise in fashion, character art, layout, and product development to enhance quality, with a background in fashion emphasizing line planning. (60%)
• Partnering with internal and external resources to ensure brand standards and quality are maintained, offering vision and brand expertise across MGA properties. (30%)
• Establishing and maintaining art styles and techniques, creating retail pitches, trend/mood boards, and sharing retail shopping insights quarterly with global teams. (10%)

Position Requirements:

Education/Experience: Degree in Graphics/Design/Art or equivalent training, with at least 5 years of related experience preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Thorough knowledge of structure, perspective, human form, color, and composition preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint; Excel is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
