Job summary

Cooneen Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to support digital and print marketing across the manufacturing group. You will create marketing collateral, social media content and branded communications, ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines.

The role sits within the Business Support team, with responsibilities spanning exhibitions, events, internal communications and production across multiple formats. A proactive designer with strong Adobe skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media graphics, posters and exhibition assets.
• Strong understanding of digital and print design principles.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and preparing artwork for print and digital production.
• Strong image editing and retouching skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce design work using Adobe Creative Cloud for print and digital assets.
• Create social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, flyers and posters.
• Prepare artwork for exhibitions, events, internal communications and production.
• Adapt assets across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support content creation through image editing and visual asset development.
• Follow brand guideline processes and incorporate feedback.
• Support wider Marketing team as priorities evolve.
• Observe health and safety and company policies.
• Contribute to Lean continuous improvement activities.
