Job summary

CNC Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to work with the client's in-house marketing and design teams in Yeovil. This full-time, office-based role offers a blend of hands-on design work and collaboration.

You will create and adapt artwork for print campaigns, ensure accuracy and brand consistency, and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. Hybrid work potential is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a creative artwork or graphic design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print production processes and formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong layout and typography skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently within a client setting.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with retail design is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the client and other artworkers to understand project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create, adapt, and refine artwork for print campaigns including POS, banners, leaflets, online assets, and more.
• Ensure all artwork is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.
• Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring high standards are met across digital and physical outputs.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Support the client with design mock-ups and conceptual visuals when required, offering creative input and solutions.
• Ensure timely handovers to production, ensuring all artwork meets production standards and is delivered on schedule.

Location: Office Based in Yeovil – potential for hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
