A leading cosmetic manufacturing company seeks a Creative Designer to join their ambitious team in Waterlooville. In this hybrid role, you will create innovative designs for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand initiatives, bringing a fresh perspective to the business.

About the Role:
We are looking for a genuinely creative, and proactive designer who is ready to hit the ground running. Someone who thinks differently, imaginatively and most importantly, disruptively. We need someone who will enthusiastically get stuck in with the next exciting part of our story.
This role sits inside the small, ambitious design team. Therefore, it requires someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything thrown at them, it also requires someone who is always looking for the best way to work; Collaboratively, efficiently and creatively.
This is a predominantly a remote role, though you are expected to go into the office once a week. The office is in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

This is a varied role; One minute you’ll be building inspiring sales decks for our fantastic customers, the next you’ll be imagining ideas for social media and creating exciting on-brand content. Another might see you coming up with new concepts for beauty products. You will apply creative solutions that align with Pelham’s brand aesthetics while always pushing for fresh, innovative designs.
