We are delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning, independent creative agency based in London to recruit a talented Junior to Mid-weight Graphic Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a small, close-knit team working on diverse, high-impact projects for a broad range of well-known clients.

This role is ideal for a designer with 1–2 years of experience in an agency setting who is eager to grow, learn, and be mentored in a collaborative, creative environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, from branding to campaign creation, and be encouraged to push creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a creative or marketing agency (preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Proficient in Figma
• Ability to edit motion content using After Effects or Premiere Pro (Nice to have!)
• Strong technical skills and understanding of design processes and best practices
• Experience in brand creation and development of brand guidelines
• Naturally creative, curious, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
