This is a brilliant opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join an inspiring business and lead its creative division. The role will sit in a small but perfectly formed creative division, working closely with project managers and trainers to scope and create bespoke graphic designs.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of graphic design experience in the field.
• Experience in developing impactful visual content across presentation, print, digital, and branding platforms.
• Ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and connect with target audiences.

The team is collaborative and solutions-driven, sharing ideas, best practices, and a passion for their work. The role suits someone who is innovative, imaginative, and embraces new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing workbooks, promotional materials, and social graphics.
• Designing pitch presentations in PowerPoint.
• Creating training workshop materials from scratch.
• Designing internal communication documents.
• Website design and content management.
• Working with Article360, e-learning LMS platforms, and VEED.

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate experience in the above with a portfolio full of similar project-based work. Exposure to the learning and training industry and experience with e-learning tech are preferred. PowerPoint expertise and strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite are essential.
