Are you a passionate and detail-oriented graphic designer with an interest in the professional barbering, hairdressing, and animal grooming industries? We're looking for a talented designer to join our creative team and help bring our brand to life across the UK and EMEA.
Reporting to the Graphics Manager EMEA, you'll work closely with a wonderful team of creatives to develop impactful visual content that supports both digital and in-store campaigns with key retail partners. From concept through to execution, you'll play a key role in ensuring brand consistency and elevating our visual identity across multiple platforms.
Skills And Experience
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the consumer goods or beauty/grooming industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles.
- Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and digital marketing requirements.
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Previous experience of videography (Premier Pro, After Effects) would be beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design that resonates with customers.
Key Responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Design and create high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including but not limited to: product images, banners, social media graphics, email templates, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and graphics teams to develop engaging visual concepts for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Work with the product design team to create product packaging that aligns with the brand guidelines and messaging.
- Develop and optimize visual content for web, social media, and other online platforms to drive customer engagement and brand recognition.
- Assist in video editing and motion graphics to create dynamic, shareable content.
- Stay up to date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the brand's visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all visual assets align with the brand identity, values, and target audience.
