Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent or Rolling Contract (Freelance)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Healthcare

Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer, who has a strong eye for design, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for visual storytelling to support internal and external communications.

As a Graphic Designer, you will join our client's rapidly growing marketing and communications team, playing a key role in developing engaging visual content across print and digital platforms. A significant part of your role will be aiding the presentation of key data for clients, simplifying and presenting that information in a clear, accessible, and visually compelling way. You will also contribute to the successful delivery of an innovative healthcare and research facility, a construction project poised to make a lasting impact for generations.

As an ideal candidate, you will:

  1. Have a proven track record in the construction industry as a Graphic Designer.
  2. Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
  3. Strong understanding of project documentation processes and compliance standards.
  4. Ability to take feedback and translate ideas into visuals effectively.
  5. Be able to work on-site in the Oxford area.
