Moose Toys is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative team on a 9 to 12 month fixed-term contract in Cornwall. Are you a creative designer who enjoys bringing brands to life, delivering impactful content and finding innovative ways to engage audiences? We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative team on a 9 to 12 month fixed-term contract, helping create engaging assets across digital, retail, social, print and media channels.

The Role

As our Graphic Designer, you'll help bring our brands to life across retail, digital, social, print and media channels. Working as part of the global Marketing Creative team, you'll create engaging, high-quality assets that support brand and commercial objectives. Collaborating closely with marketing and brand stakeholders, you'll deliver creative projects from concept to execution while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. You'll also contribute fresh ideas, explore new creative approaches and help continuously enhance our creative output.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a consumer products, retail, agency or marketing environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of digital, social, retail and print production requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A creative, collaborative team player who communicates effectively, embraces feedback and enjoys contributing new ideas
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning, design trends and emerging technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience creating artwork and assets across retail, digital, social, print and marketing channels
• Experience working with consumer brands, licensing partners or within a fast-paced creative environment
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing or animation tools
• Experience preparing artwork for print production and working with external suppliers
• Familiarity with emerging creative technologies, including AI-powered design tools
• Experience working within established brand guidelines while adapting content for different audiences and channels
