Job Description:

As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing the Cadillac Formula 1 Team story to life. As a newly established Formula 1 team, we are setting our sights on making a lasting impact within the sport. We're looking for creative, ambitious individuals to help us shape our identity and share our vision with the world.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both our internal brand identity and our external image. You will collaborate closely with our commercial partners and marketing team to ensure our message resonates across all platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing branded assets for internal and external usage to support the wider brand strategy and partner activations.
• Collaborate with marketing/commercial colleagues and external suppliers on projects as necessary.
• Creating livery designs including 3D visuals, renders and videos for race car, team apparel, garages, hospitality suites etc.
• Creating innovative sales presentations, graphics and broader assets to support wider commercial initiatives.
• Creating dynamic media and communication design templates for PR, digital content and social media.
• Designing impactful videos to be used on internal and external channels.
• Act as a proud brand ambassador.
• Continuously contributing creative ideas to help build and shape our identity.
• Working at various race weekends may be required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ Graphic Design experience within a sporting industry.
• A-levels / BTEC National Diploma and/or degree in graphic design or other art/design related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and producing digital and print graphics with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe CS software specializing in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Video editing experience using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint and Word).
• Insightful and up to date with the latest design trends and technology.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
• Adaptable and versatile to fast-paced changing environments.
• Prior motorsport experience would be an advantage but not essential.
