Graphic Designer (Full Time - 12 Weeks)
Location: Wales
Contract: Approx. 12 weeks

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design that makes a difference?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join a vibrant Communications and Engagement team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of creative assignments - from digital media to printed materials - all while ensuring designs are accessible, on-brand, and engaging to diverse audiences across Wales.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver professional design solutions for both print and digital formats
  2. Work on a wide range of materials including posters, brochures, reports, display stands, and long-form documents
  3. Support visual communication across departments by aligning with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
  4. Collaborate with the wider team, but also work independently to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in both print and online design
  2. Strong portfolio showing variety in design (e.g., marketing materials, reports, etc.)
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  4. Ability to follow and advise on brand and accessibility guidelines
  5. Strong computing skills and attention to detail
  6. Previous experience in a professional graphic design role
  7. Experience in bilingual (Welsh/English) design projects
  8. Recent graduates in Graphic Design with relevant project experience will also be considered
