Qualifications

  • Previous Agency experience.
  • Confident in presenting work to internal teams and clients.
  • Experience of working with B2B clients is preferred.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, attention to detail and a flair for creative.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of brand, website, and campaign projects, providing both strategic direction and creative execution.
  • Create high-quality visual designs and a wide range of B2B marketing materials, including campaign assets, sales collateral, and video content.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful, on-brand solutions that align with business goals.
  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and design outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, present concepts confidently, and contribute proactively to refining briefs and enhancing creative direction.

Graphic Designer - Agency

Hybrid - Manchester City Centre (2 days in office)

Up to £32,000

Agency Experience Required/Full-time, Permanent

A growing and highly successful Marketing Agency in Manchester is looking for a Midweight Designer to join their Creative department. This role would suit an experienced Junior Creative looking to step up, or a Midweight looking for a new challenge!

The Creative team's output is extremely varied - no two days will be the same! You'll be working on websites, branding and campaign work for your clients and they're looking for someone full of ideas, who loves conceptualising and getting involved in team brainstorms

The Role:

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of brand, website, and campaign projects, providing both strategic direction and creative execution.
  • Create high-quality visual designs and a wide range of B2B marketing materials, including campaign assets, sales collateral, and video content.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful, on-brand solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Previous Agency experience
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma (essential); After Effects and Premiere Pro desired
  • Confident in presenting work to internal teams and clients
  • Experience of working with B2B clients is preferred
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, attention to detail and a flair for creative
