About the Company

Central London - Hybrid/flexible working - £35,000-£39,000

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience to join racing team in a new sustainable evolution of motorsport.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing key brand elements for the team across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement new car livery and garage branding for each season, keeping designs fresh and up-to-date throughout the year.
  2. Help maintain and refresh the team’s brand guidelines each season, ensuring consistency and standout designs in the competitive world of sustainable racing.
  3. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all collateral adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all touchpoints.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and contractors.
  5. Create engaging designs for live event spaces, hospitality areas and special team activations at races and global events.
  6. Continuously design race weekend graphics, including the winner, podium, pole position, and qualifying graphics, race schedules, track layouts, milestone achievements, and driver announcements.
  7. Design sustainability reports, posters for key initiatives, and policy documents to highlight the team’s commitment to sustainability.
  8. Produce dynamic static and motion graphics for the team’s social media channels, tailoring designs to best practices for each platform.
  9. Update and design official team kits, including race suits, boots, gloves and other branded merchandise.
  10. Collaborate with the commercial team to create bespoke partnership presentations, rights documents and mock-ups for driver kits and event branding.
  11. Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to develop pre-race guidebooks for hospitality guests.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within sports, motorsport, or events.

Required Skills

  1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects essential).
  2. Skills in 3D design and animation (Blender 3D) are a plus.
  3. Experience in branding, digital content, and event design, with the ability to manage multiple projects across various design touchpoints (from social graphics to large-scale event branding).
  4. Strong focus on logo placements, sponsor visibility, and design accuracy, with the ability to optimize artwork for both print and digital use.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is beneficial but not essential.
  2. Experience designing event spaces and working with large-format graphics.
  3. Ability to integrate quickly into a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  4. A proactive approach to design challenges, with the ability to think creatively and independently to develop design solutions.
