with disrupting the hospitality industry by creating and delivering the best
possible experience - across all venues, products and brands.

Our central team covers the full spectrum of skills needed to bring each
concept to life – from design to marketing, sales to interior design, people
and training, to finance, gaming and HR and everything in between. We’re
not just a team of people, we are dreamers, artists, rocket scientists, content
curators, forward thinkers and the industry’s finest. We love what we do and
are proud to be included in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.

passionate about developing new and exciting products, which means we’re always
growing and looking for passionate people to join the family.

The Job

As midweight
Integrated Designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping and delivering
spectacular design solutions across our three brands; Flight Club, Electric
Shuffle, and Red Engine.

You will have the
opportunity to collaborate with a broad range of other creative talent and help
design everything from new global venue launches to ambitious campaigns, all
helping to drive brand awareness and loyalty. You will be responsible for a diverse
mix of work spanning Digital, Print, and Production — all while championing our
brand guidelines to keep our look sharp and consistent.

We are actively
looking to increase our motion design capabilities, so we are after someone
with a real passion for bringing their design to life. Working closely with the
Head of Design, you’ll manage incoming requests and lead by example, supporting
Junior Designers & Freelancers alike. Partnering with the Studio Manager,
you’ll take ownership of your time and resources, ensuring smooth project flow
and timely delivery. If you’re ready to blend creativity with collaboration in
a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, this is your chance to make a real
impact and grow your design career with us

be afraid to ‘fail fast’ and get to the right solution sooner
  • Delivering design
solutions that are aligned with our brand personalities and to evoke the
right emotional response from our global audiences
  • Delivering files to
a professional standard, meeting all specification requirements
  • Communicating
project progress clearly to manage wider stakeholder expectations
  • Creating Production
guides for venue items so that they can be accurately created by a production
    company
  • Attending regular
Design Team ceremonies, ensuring they arrive prepared with status updates and
    questions for the relevant Leads.
  • Working with the
Studio Manager to ensure that backlog is kept up to date and the status of each
assigned task is recorded on the card
  • Taking time for
learning & development and reach out for time and resource where needed

  • Advanced understanding of Adobe
    Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects,
    Animate, or other animation software
  • Familiarity with workflow software

  • Previous experience in the
hospitality industry a plus but not essential
  • Time management and organisational
    excellence
  • A creative portfolio that showcases
