Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on designer to join our UK-based team and help drive creative growth across digital, web, and print. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-performing, thoughtful design work for campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives across our UK and US accounts. Working in a small, fast-paced team, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product to help shape how SheMed shows up to current and future members.

This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

What You Will Work On

  • Designing assets from concept to delivery across paid media, social content, email, print, and digital product surfaces
  • Supporting campaign launches and monthly marketing themes with engaging visual content
  • Collaborating with the in-house creative and marketing teams to develop consistent, on-brand visuals
  • Contributing to our website refresh and ongoing design improvements
  • Helping improve brand storytelling through layout, typography, colour, motion, and design craft
  • Creating graphics and image variations for A/B testing and performance optimisation
  • Editing video content for ads, long format videos and digital screens (e.g. adding text overlays, trimming clips, adding captions)
  • Occasionally supporting physical product design for member tools (e.g. packaging, labels)
  • Jumping in across projects when needed-this is a collaborative team in a growing startup

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience as a graphic designer (brand or agency side), ideally in a high-growth or consumer environment
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy, and colour
  • Comfortable designing across mediums - digital, print, social, and web
  • Ability to work quickly, respond to feedback, and juggle multiple priorities with calm and clarity
  • Experience in motion graphics (e.g. After Effects, Canva, or Figma motion tools)
  • Video creation and editing skills (e.g. trimming, adding captions and title cards)
  • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (Sketch or Canva is a plus)
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and designing within constraints
  • Great attention to detail and care for visual consistency
  • Collaborative mindset - you’re eager to build, support, and contribute beyond your lane when needed
  • Interest in women’s health, brand building, or mission-driven work is a bonus

Perk At Work

  • A mission-driven team focused on closing the women’s health gap
  • Competitive Salary
  • 25 days holiday
  • Breakfast and all day snacks
  • Monthly socials
  • Health care Cash Plan including physio, digital clinical appointments and wellbeing for you, your partner and children
  • Life insurance cover of 4x salary
  • Pension contribution matched up to 5%
  • Cycle to work scheme

Please note that offers of employment are subject to receipt of satisfactory references and a enhanced DBS check.
