About The Role: We are seeking a talented, well-rounded Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling to join our global MarComm team. This candidate will be responsible for supporting our brand by creating compelling designs across various platforms, including digital, print, social, as well as presentation design and event support. This role requires a versatile and organized designer who can handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and upholding Ogury brand standards. The Graphic Designer must possess skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Google Slides with a strong background in typography and data visualization.

What you will do:

Collaborate with the Brand Creative Director and MarComm team to develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels

Learn project management and approval systems and contribute to work critiques

Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive

Maintain open communication with supervisor and team members at all times

Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident

What you will bring to Ogury:

Excellent visual design fundamentals including composition, colour or theory, typography, concept development and creating information-based graphics

A strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and solve design-related challenges effectively

Expert knowledge and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other relevant design software

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines against changing priorities and time-sensitive projects

Utilize extensive knowledge of design thinking and leverage knowledge of design and cultural trends

Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment

Passion, motivation, and a great work ethic

5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field desired

Must submit a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print projects

Nice to have:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects & Premiere)

Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS

Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
