• Location : London, Office-based 2 - 3 days a week at The Ministry (Borough)
• Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (+ summer Fridays)

WHO ARE WE?

Pimentae are an award-winning tequila cocktail brand shaking up the drinks industry. Founded by Alice & Wynter in 2021, Mexico opened their eyes to the incredibly sophisticated nature of high-quality tequila. Not something to be shot, something to be sipped and savoured.

Pimentae was born to shift these perceptions and introduce bar quality cocktails, in multiple convenience-led formats. Our growing range can now be found in Waitrose, John Lewis, Ocado, Selfridges, Co-op and British Airways.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a creative, driven and detail-obsessed graphic designer to join our small but mighty team of 7. You’ll be instrumental in developing and delivering high-impact visuals across the brand, from packaging to socials.

You’ll report into one of the founders and collaborate with the wider team, working across both physical and digital touchpoints, helping to bring the Pimentae brand to life across every channel (retail, trade, festivals, travel, D2C) and elevate the customer experience

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for delivering beautiful and consistent visual design assets across a wide range of formats and campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing digital and print brand assets that reflect our aesthetic and tone of voice
• Creating and maintaining brand decks for internal and external use
• Designing POS and print collateral for on & off trade and retail partners
• Developing creative assets for social media and paid advertising
• Producing campaign materials across web, email and events
• Creating packaging artwork across our product range, ensuring accuracy across formats & SKUs
• Preparing artwork for print: layouts, file setup, proofing and liaising with suppliers
• Participating in creative ideation sessions and supporting the evolution of our visual identity
• Maintaining organised design files and managing brand assets effectively

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 - 3 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house)
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, branding and art direction
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Detail-focused with excellent layout, typography and composition skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude, ready to get stuck into varied projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working both independently and within a team
• A passion for graphic design and a desire to grow with a brand
• Experience in video editing or animation is a bonus!
