A creative recruitment agency is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop visually engaging designs for print and digital media. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs for both print and digital platforms. This role requires a strong creative flair, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into high-quality visual assets that support marketing, branding, and communication objectives.
Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and printed materials.
Work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Produce design assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Prepare artwork for both print and digital production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and correct file formats.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Conduct image sourcing, editing, and retouching where necessary.
Keep up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
Experience designing for both print and digital channels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
A portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and creative capabilities.
[Optional] Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
[Desirable] Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or basic web design (HTML/CSS).
Quality, creativity, and consistency of design work.
