About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels. You will contribute to shaping the brand’s core identity and vision through creative campaign artwork, landing pages, website imagery, banner adverts, and event collateral.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven creative professional with a dynamic portfolio, excellent visual and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative marketing campaign assets across offline and digital platforms including display, landing pages, website, social media, and video.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Copy, Technology, Sales, and Senior Management to deliver cohesive design collateral.
  • Present concepts and artwork confidently to key stakeholders including the Founders and Head of Group Marketing.
  • Provide creative guidance and demonstrate design excellence while supporting team growth opportunities.
  • Participate in design reviews and cross-functional meetings to ensure creative alignment and innovation.
  • Stay current with design trends and continuously research innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines and working within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate on optimizing artwork for search assets, social media, display, and offline marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative process, digital content creation, and branding campaigns.
  • Proven skills in digital media design including social ads and online banners.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and detailed art-working skills.
