Job summary

Crystal Net Solutions is a remote-first creative business based in Liverpool, delivering a flat-rate subscription service powered by cloud software. We seek a graphic designer to join a fast-growing team, handling branding, marketing materials, and packaging design for an international client base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house.
• A portfolio of packaging and/or customised print design.
• Strong design principles and best practices.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.
• Produce high-quality graphic content in line with brand guidelines.
• Capture and edit photography of assets as required.
• Design a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and more.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all projects.
• Stay current with design trends, techniques, and tools.

We’re bucking the trend of traditional graphic design agencies by offering a unique flat-rate subscription service powered by cloud-based software, exceptional customer support, and a rapidly expanding team of friendly, positive, and ambitious creatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a next-generation, remote-first, fast-paced creative business in Liverpool. We have an international client base spanning various industries, including technology, e-commerce, music and festivals, insurance, real estate, recruitment, finance, construction, and many more.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a graphic design role (preferably in-house)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• A creative portfolio of packaging and/or customised print design
• A firm grasp of design principles and best practices
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Resilient under pressure and flexible in approach
• A positive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Quarterly team socials/nights out.
