Pick Everard is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Visual Communications team in Leicester. This role involves managing diverse design projects, from marketing campaigns to presentations. Candidates should possess a strong design skillset, proven experience, and the ability to lead collaborative workshops.

We are looking appoint a Graphic Designer to join our central Visual Communications team in Leicester. The Visual Communications team is responsible for delivering across a wide portfolio of design briefs ranging from bespoke marketing campaigns, internal communication videos through to bespoke tender and presentation design.

Your core responsibilities will include:
Crafting tailoredgraphics and visual communication solutions that not only reflect our firm'sbrand guidelines but also embrace the best practices in communication.
Overseeing theentire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery from the initial briefthrough to completion.
Leading dynamiccreative workshops and design meetings with key stakeholders and internalclients to foster collaboration and innovation.
