We’re working with a respected architecture and design firm with studios across the UK to find a talented Proposals Designer to join their growing bids and graphics team.

This is a key role within the business, supporting bid and marketing submissions across digital and print media. Whether you’re experienced in proposals or come from a design background with a strong eye for layout and storytelling, this role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile projects and shape how the practice presents itself to clients and collaborators.

You'll join a creative and supportive team where design quality and brand consistency matter, and your ideas are welcomed.

We’re Looking For:

• A background in graphic design, marketing, or communications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Confidence using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Experience creating engaging tender submissions, presentations, and marketing materials

• Strong layout, typographic, and visual storytelling skills

• An eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

• A team player who’s proactive, organised, and communicates clearly

• UK right to work required (no visa sponsorship available)
