You will apply branding guidelines, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver projects on time with precision. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Graphic Designer – Join a Fast-Paced Creative Team in Hull

Aquilo Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with Ideal Heating and their in-house creative team to find a talented Graphic Designer ready to thrive in a fast-paced, driven environment.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just creatively strong, but also a true team player—someone who can bring energy, ideas, and focus to a collaborative setting where no two days are the same. Whether you’re building on a few years of experience or already well-established, what matters most is your ability, attitude, and passion for great design.

Working pattern

37-hour week with a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

What you’ll be doing

Designing high-quality print materials across multiple brandsCreating engaging digital assets for web and social campaignsDeveloping fresh concepts, layouts, and creative solutionsApplying brand guidelines with precision and consistencyCollaborating with internal teams and external suppliersManaging projects and delivering to deadlines without compromising qualityProofreading and ensuring all work is accurate and polishedStaying up to date with design trends and tools
