ODInteriors is looking for a talented, creative and adaptable graphic designer to help grow our project pipeline through the production of consistently high-quality, original bids and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visually compelling documents and presentations for bids, proposals and client-facing materials, including PQQs, RFIs, RFPs and capability statements within tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with our own brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across documents types and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with the Bid Manager and cross-functional teams to bring bid storyboards and win strategies to life visually.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and upkeep of the Bids Library, including the development of reusable design templates.
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering visual ideas and opinions to enhance storytelling and message clarity.
  • Receive and action feedback constructively and quickly, maintaining high standards and attention to detail
  • Proactively suggest creative design solutions that challenge convention and improve content presentation.

A bit about you

  • Minimum five years’ professional experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing tender documentation, corporate communications or editorial-style work.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (essential), Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent layout, typography and visual composition skills.
  • Strong visual storytelling capabilities and an ability to interpret and present complex written content in clear, engaging and creative ways.
  • Client-centricity is the first step in your creative process. You take the time to develop an understanding of the client’s needs and can identify themes and details that are recurrent in their requests.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Our pace is quick and the volume of work is, at times, high. We need somebody who can deliver creativity at pace and manage both their approach workload effectively.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for quality. Consistency and originality.
  • Confident communicator, able to contribute ideas, take initiative and propose alternatives in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Flexible and adaptable, open to change and enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative team player who values constructive feedback and works well with others across all disciplines and levels of the business.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, for integrating designs or supporting templates.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or digital media (not essential but a bonus).
