As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer to elevate our visual storytelling and brand identity. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of a fast-growing fashion brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in every design.

Role Description

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing LUCA FALONI's visual identity across multiple touchpoints, including digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, advertising, and print collateral. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop compelling designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging assets that captivate our audience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building the personality of our social image / art direction with art director/ head of brand
• Seasonal Illustrations development & pre scheduling season ahead submission to the art director / Head of Brand
• Brand alignment & creative brainstorms
• Designing graphics titles for videos (Campaign, SBL, Craft) alongside with with art director / Head of Brand
• Designing graphics motions for videos SBL, stills & illustrations
• Assist the team to look out for trends for fonts & motion graphics
• Keep tabs on freelancer illustrators

Retouch:

• Retouching campaign images in keeping with the tone of the brand creative & outsourcing to freelancer
• Ad-hoc express retouch

Print Graphics:

• Seasonal vinyl & poster Store Window display planning & ordering
• Build relationships with printers
• Seasonal postcards store /e-com
• Design seasonal SBL print material
• Newspaper design/ Discuss Xmas Supplement with Art Directors
• Refine brand packaging as when needed

Team:

• Manage and set briefs for Junior designer
• Ad hoc task delegation with Brand Assistant
• Alignment with PR and Social Coordinator for content scheduling (Journals Content, Ambassadors, & )
• Advising Stores and Warehouse Teams for initial new print products and their uses

Requirements:

• Experience generating content for a fashion/luxury brand, preferably menswear
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects)
• Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and ability to easily liaise between print and digital artwork
• Skilled designing/animating for paid media (Social + Motion Graphic Ads).
• Excellent retouching skills & colour correction
• Ability to work under pressure without a 9 to 5 mentality
• Maintain a good level of communication with team members
• Strong organisation skills ensure you keep a comprehensive, trackable list of jobs and deadlines
• Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the LUCA FALONI to help build the brand personality
• Entrepreneurial - We’re ambitious about our growth, so you need to be flexible and adaptive in an environment of change and uncertainty
• Ability to design & edit videos is a big plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of UI/UX principles
