Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on delivering visually compelling designs, creating high-quality imagery, and building engaging landing pages to drive our brand’s success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate marketing goals into captivating visual assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design:
- Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing channels, including digital ads, email campaigns, social media, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Create engaging visuals for marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, infographics, and more.
Landing Page Design:
- Design and optimize user-friendly and visually appealing landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
- Ensure landing pages are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies for campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the highest design standards.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance the brand’s visual presence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team or creative agency.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- Proficiency in web design tools and platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (preferred).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices for landing page design.
