Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing graphic artworks for Frasers Group’s own-brand categories for Sports Direct. They must understand manufacturing processes, production methods, and materials, managing a diverse workload while maintaining high standards.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design and create artworks for all consumer products.
  • Ensure artworks are suitable for production, considering manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain brand integrity throughout the design process.
  • Work consistently at a high level within deadlines and budget constraints.
Skills & Expertise
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers about designs.
  • Knowledge of printing standards, color proofing, and output consistency.
  • Understand costs related to different qualities and processes.
  • Familiarity with materials and production methods.
  • Creative approach to designing concepts that align with brand guidelines.
  • Technical ability to take graphics from concept to manufacturing-ready artwork.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a design discipline.
