Using your experience of working across a range of media, you’ll help your marketing colleagues oversee, develop and execute engaging creative concepts, applying your design skills across a variety of channels, including digital, web, video, print and social media. Collaborating with our in-house content creators, you’ll also be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all briefs and requests coming into the in-house creative studio.

Why do we need you?

As a company that is expanding rapidly in the UK, we’re on the lookout for talented, hard-working individuals whose skills can help us drive that growth even further. We’re after a graphic designer to join our in-house marketing team; a role which is so important to a company like ours that is always looking to build brand awareness by delivering sleek, engaging collateral and communications.

Your day-to-day

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Design, produce and maintain a wide variety of materials, including sales collateral, videos for social media, presentations and website elements.
  • Use digital tools and software to enhance images, create animations, or develop multimedia designs.
  • Prepare design drafts, iterate based on feedback, and finalise designs for publication or production.
  • Maintain consistency across all designs to ensure brand uniformity and alignment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Work with external vendors or printers to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or over three years’ experience working in a professional services business.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects with a particular focus on typography and dealing with large amounts of copy.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.) and Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient using a DSLR camera and post production of images and videos.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, colour, and layout.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital and print production processes.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
