Job description

Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their design skills in a fast-paced, B2C-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging content across a variety of digital platforms, with a focus on our email channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce engaging digital creative assets for marketing campaigns, especially for email, building on the visual elements with on brand messaging.
  • Support with content tailored for all key social platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok
  • Work closely with the CRM team to interpret briefs and deliver on-brand creative solutions.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design work.
  • Edit and repurpose existing assets as needed for different formats and channels.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Strong experience using graphic design tools (Photoshop/Canva) to create high-quality, on-brand assets.
  • A strong eye for visual composition, colour, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of key social platforms and email marketing design best practices.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience within Klaviyo would be advantageous
  • Prior experience working in a B2C marketing or agency environment.
