About Us:

At Neilson Active Holidays, we do things differently. We’re not just about beautiful beaches or mountain air - we’re here to create good energy. Whether it’s windsurfing in Greece, skiing in the Alps, or relaxing by the pool after a morning yoga session, we create holidays that are as active or laid-back as our guests want them to be.

With over 40 years of experience, we’re proud to be the UK’s leading active holiday company. Our passionate team, both overseas and at our head office, plays a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for thousands of guests each year.

About You:

You’re an all-round creative with solid skills in both print and digital design. You know your way around layout, typography, and storytelling, and you’re as happy mocking up a brochure as you are building a dynamic social ad. You thrive in a collaborative team and love juggling multiple briefs without losing attention to detail.

You bring a proactive attitude, a passion for travel, and ideally a background in premium or lifestyle brands. You're not just a doer, you’re an ideas person who’s excited to bring new thinking to the table.

Role Overview:

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll create design work that brings the Neilson brand to life across every touchpoint – print, digital, and in-resort. • Design marketing collateral including brochures, direct mail, in-resort signage, POS, event materials and travel documents, social media, website, and email marketing, ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines.
  • Prepare artwork for print and web standards, liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Working with a wide range of media, including photography and video editing, in a fast-paced environment to ensure information is accurate and complete.
  • Develop a library of overseas brand assets such as signage, welcome packs and resort displays
  • Collaborate with marketing team, developers, UX designers, and resort teams
  • Act as a brand guardian to uphold tone, style and visual identity
  • Stay on top of design trends, tools, and creative tech that can elevate the brand
  • Contribute ideas to campaign concepts, team brainstorming, and strategic creative thinking. Supporting the development and delivery of campaign strategies.

You’ll be great at this if you have…

  • 3+ years in a print and digital design role (agency or in-house).
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • A strong and versatile portfolio that demonstrates both polished print design and vibrant digital work.
  • The ability to create visually compelling designs for digital, print, and multimedia projects (including web, brochures, advertisements, social media posts, banners, infographics and presentations), with awareness of current platform trends.
  • Strong understanding of design for print (art working, production, supplier liaison).
  • Familiarity with Figma or Canva (for collaborative workflows).
  • Great eye for layout, image selection, and brand consistency.
  • A highly organised approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and full of ideas.
