Job description

Our Massachusetts retail client is looking for an Email Designer with 4+ years' experience for an immediate long-term contract focused on emails. You will be working on wireframing, designing, and improving email templates and performance.

In this role, you will:

1. Wireframe, design, and enhance existing email templates to improve returns and engagement.
2. Assist with production and support the Creative Director and team in a fast-paced environment.
3. Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all emails.
4. Work on existing templates and contribute innovative ideas.
5. Develop an understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences.
6. Ensure effective email linking by navigating the company's website structure.
7. Manage multiple email projects from design to quality assurance and final updates.
8. Oversee and mentor other team members on various projects.
9. Review graphic materials for brand consistency and provide feedback for edits.
10. Maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables.
11. Collaborate with creative and advertising teams across different media.
12. Design eye-catching emails.
13. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD required.
14. Strong portfolio demonstrating previous email design samples.
15. Excellent communication and presentation skills, persuasive in presenting ideas.
