BAFTA in London is seeking a Graphic Design Assistant to support a busy in-house design team across awards, programming and communications. You will coordinate workflows, track schedules and allocate resources to keep projects on time and on budget.

The role also offers design support, file governance and opportunities to develop your craft within a leading arts charity. You’ll join a small but proactive team, with hybrid working from Soho and a strong emphasis on quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel and experience of database packages.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and balance client and design needs.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented with strong governance habits.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the flow of design requests and track project schedules.
• Act as central contact between designers, internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
• Maintain file management, project records and digital assets.
• Provide hands-on design support and assist with artwork updates when required.
