Reporting To: Studio Manager
Location: Adẹ̀kọ́ & Co. Studio, Design District, London
Duration: 3–6 months (Placement )
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (09:30–17:30)
This placement provides hands-on experience within a fast-paced creative studio specialising in luxury interior design, brand strategy, and communications. The role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to deepen their graphic design knowledge across both print and digital mediums. The successful candidate will support the design and marketing teams on a wide variety of studio tasks and client projects.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Technical Software
- Demonstrate proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Show a flexible and open approach to learning new tools and design software as needed
- Share knowledge of additional software packages that may benefit the wider team
Concept & Design Development
- Support the translation of brand identity into high-quality visual assets for digital and print use
- Work closely with the Creative Director and communications team on layout, presentation, and campaign development
- Assist in pre-production research and contribute to the ideation of creative concepts for marketing and social media
- Develop and refine visual content for digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters
- Create internal decks, brand guidelines, templates, and other marketing tools
- Assist with website updates and presentation of online content (training provided)
Print Design & Production
- Apply brand guidelines across all print applications to maintain a consistent visual identity
- Assist in designing communication materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and editorial layouts
- Learn and support various aspects of the print production process including colour proofing, quality checking, and liaising with print suppliers
- Contribute to concept development for printed campaigns and materials
Production & Project Coordination
- Support coordination of visual content such as photoshoots, behind-the-scenes content, and interviews
- Assist with image editing and basic video editing tasks
- Work alongside the Creative Director and wider team on the production and delivery of visual assets
- Participate in collaborative creative discussions and brainstorming sessions
Who This Placement Suits
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
- Keen interest in interior design, luxury branding, and storytelling
- Highly organised with strong visual awareness and a good eye for detail
- Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a dynamic studio environment
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Le Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 09:30 – 18:00, 2 days on site in the London studio and 1 day remote
