About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead and inspire our design team. The Graphic Design Manager is essential in driving the creative direction of our projects, ensuring high-quality designs across all channels, including digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a passion for creativity, and excellent leadership skills to guide the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Creative Direction & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for various design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  3. Design Oversight: Oversee the design process from concept to execution across multiple channels, including print and digital.
  4. Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring all work adheres to established standards and communicates the desired message.
  5. Innovation: Encourage innovative designs to keep the company's visual presence fresh. Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
  6. Digital Asset Production: Lead creation and optimization of digital assets, including online promotional content, aligned with marketing strategies.
  7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and timelines to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  8. Creative Brief Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop clear briefs.
  9. Stakeholder Interaction: Present and explain design concepts, gather feedback, and revise as necessary.

About you

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Leadership or managerial experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other platforms like Figma.
  • Experience with AI-driven design tools.
  • Experience producing digital assets such as display ads, banners, and social media content.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for high-quality design with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
