Job description

We’re looking for a Graphic & Apparel Designer to join a dedicated team in a growing youth-focused unisex streetwear brand to help bring collections to life. The brand emphasizes bold graphics, simple silhouettes, and trend-forward styles for ages 15–26. Core items include t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, and soft accessories.

Being product-facing and collaborative, this role is office-based in the Bristol area, accessible from Yate railway station and by car.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Collaborate on seasonal collections from concept through to production handover.
  2. Design new graphic-heavy apparel using brand DNA.
  3. Work with the design team to develop new shapes and custom blank styles.
  4. Research and suggest new decoration techniques (e.g., print, logos, embroidery, appliqué).
  5. Attend fittings, follow samples, and create initial tech packs.
  6. Graphic artworking for all placement prints, embroidery, and appliqué.
  7. Stay on top of youth fashion, streetwear, and creative trends.
You Should Have:
  1. A strong eye for youth culture, fashion trends, and streetwear.
  2. Education in fashion design or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  3. Ability to create tech packs and basic garment specifications.
  4. Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  5. Passion for clothing, creativity, and hands-on problem-solving.
Bonus Points:
  1. Interest or experience in sustainability, organic, and innovative materials.
  2. Experience in apparel and graphic design, including accessories, print, and embroidery.
Remuneration & Benefits:
  1. GBP £Salary in line with experience.
