Job summary

Victoria Wall Associates is seeking a Grants & Evaluation Officer to support the delivery of a growing grants programme within a healthcare charity in London. You will administer applications, assist applicants and contribute to evaluating funded projects.

The role focuses on collaboration with charity colleagues and NHS partners, coordinating grant processes and reporting on outcomes. A proactive, detail‑oriented candidate with strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grants administration, project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience monitoring projects or evaluating outcomes would be advantageous.
• Confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience maintaining databases.
• An interest in healthcare, charities or the public sector would be beneficial.
