As the Grants and Partnerships Officer, you will support the Major Gifts Team to build meaningful relationships with Trusts, Foundations, and Major Donors who share our vision, and secure essential funding, ultimately growing income for the important work of Fields of Life.

The role involves identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals and reports, managing relationships with donors, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve fundraising goals.

Key responsibilities include:
